• Rs 24,000 + GST 5% per person subject to minimum of 02 pax
• Rs 22,600 + GST 5% per person subject to minimum of 04 pax

Cancellation Policy:

1. If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 40% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
2. If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 70% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3. If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
4. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

REFUND POLICY:

The amount will be refunded within 15 working days from the time of cancellation.

CONFIRMATION POLICY:

The customer would receive a confirmation message via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All water activities are subject to weather conditions.
2. Sweven Tours reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
3. Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, we will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to the non-sailing of the ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary flow is subject to change.
4. Rooms are subject to availability. In case the rooms are not available then similar category rooms in similar hotels will be provided.
5. Flight tickets are subject to availability. In case the tickets are not available for the quoted amount then other alternative dates will be recommended.
